Created with leading technology, the Ice-Vibe Boots by Horseware Ireland are a fantastic investment for horse owners who want to support optimum tendon and ligament health in their horse's legs. The therapy horse boots can be used on both front and hind legs and are incredibly easy to use.
A fantastic contoured portable massage boot providing massage to either reduce swelling when used in conjunction with iced cold packs or to encourage circulation & blood flow when used without.
Before or after exercise, or as a therapy on rest days, you can use the Ice-Vibe Boots with the inner cold packs creating cold circulation. This cools the leg whilst reducing soreness as well as maintaining blood flow so you can assist the healing process.
By combining massage with cold therapy, this prevents the legs from getting so cold that you compromise healing, and the massage action helps the body move the swelling out via the lymphatic system, but still allows blood flow through the leg. Blood flow is essential (through movement) to bring oxygen and nutrients to repair damage. When an area is healing, scar tissue is formed. The movement created by the vibration and massage helps to break down adhesions and scar tissue whilst increasing blood flow to assist healing.
Please note: If your horse has sensitive legs, especially horses with white socks that may be clipped, we recommend leaving the cold packs out of the freezer for 5 minutes before use or using them from a refrigerator. Alternatively, use a thin wrap on your horse's legs before applying cold packs. Do not use boots on fracture or infections.
Full Size: Ponies through to small/full sized horses (15hh)
XFull Size: For use on medium/full sized horse's hind legs, and both front & hind legs of horses over 16hh, or larger warm blood or draft breeds

We know you're excited about receiving your order, so we aim to get it to you fast! Your goodies will be dispatched through NZ Post Courier. Most orders ship out the next day, apart from when the courier is closed during weekends and public holidays.
If an item is urgently needed, contact us straight away and we will do our best to have the product dispatched the same day.
North Island deliveries require 1–3 business days.
South Island deliveries require 3-5 business days.
We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best possible shipping rates we can offer. To achieve this we cover a portion of the shipping fees to a rural address and offer a flat-rate shipping fee to your region.

Waikato, BOP, Gisborne - $10.00
Hawke's Bay, Manawatu-Whanganui, Taranaki, Wellington - $12.00
Nelson, Marlborough, Tasman, West Coast, Canterbury - $20.00
Southland, Otago -$25.00

How do I make a return?
We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not quite right or you’ve had a change of mind, you have 21 days from your purchase date to return or exchange your item.
Eligibility
- Received an incorrect item(s) in your order
- Received a damaged or faulty item
- Changed your mind (the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund)
Trying the item on your horse is perfectly fine and encouraged. But please do so over a cotton, cooler or sheet to avoid horsehair transferring onto the product, that way if a return/exchange is required the product is received back to us clean, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. No need to be a folding expert, let us handle that part.
Eligible items can be returned to us by following these steps:

You'll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Don't have one? Contact us, we can help you find that.
Faulty and/or damaged items - a photo will be required
A return shipping label and instructions for your product return will be sent to the email account on your order. If you wish to redirect to a different email account, we can do that, just let us know.
If the item isn't in its original condition (e.g. damaged or missing parts), we may issue a partial refund or return the item to you.
Sale & Clearance Items:
- Sale items are eligible for return, exchange or credit
- Clearance items or Last of the Line are final sale, and not eligible for return. However, if you have a clearance item that you believe is faulty, please reach out to us for further assistance.
Who pays for the return of the item?
It is important to us that the item being used on your horse is the correct size. We wish to make size exchanges as affordable as possible for our customers. We will ship the correct size to you free of charge.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost of the incorrect size being exchanged. The invoice for this fee will be sent to the email account on the order, along with a printable pre-paid shipping label. The return shipping fee must be paid prior to the exchange item’s release.
How long will my refund take to process?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we inspect and approve the return. We'll email you with an update. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds for non-faulty items (e.g. change of mind) will have shipping costs deducted from the refunded amount.
- If your order had free shipping, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refunded amount.
- Store credits (not due to a product fault) are valid for 12 months
